We're thankful-


We're thankful to Jesus for bringing us together and guiding us in our new life. We're thankful to and for our families who did so much to make the wedding, honeymoon and reception wonderful.We're also thankful to our friends for all their help and support. Specifically Erin Hollister and Michelle Lewis for the photograpy. Also, thanks to Sara Sharp for doing my hair on the wedding day.


 

Thank You Jesus SO MUCH for the wedding and the blessings that came because of it. We have so much to be thankful for that we're going to list them all here.

 

Thanks to Jesus Christ:

Who we know was present at our wedding and to whom we give a whole lot of thanks. We asked God for wisdom about how to go about preparing for our wedding, and He provided us several guidelines that made things so much easier, happier, and less stressful. He has bound us together since we first met, and we are so happy to be married today. We met with Him in the Prayer Chapel at Bethel College for several years, as well as at our then-favorite restaurant, Tradewinds. He has been so kind to us since we've been married, helping us to understand His promises for us specifically and giving us relational wisdom, financial wisdom, and wisdom in all sorts of other places, such as housemaking.

 

Thanks to Joel's Mom n' Dad:

Mom, thanks for being there whenever I needed you. Thank you for the conversations, the kisses, and the really good home cooking. Thanks for the hugs and for doing my laundry for twenty three years. Dad, thanks so much for your help in getting Ashley and I married. Thanks for your gifts of insight and money! Thanks for a great job that I enjoy and really appreciate. Thanks for raising me up to be a man who respects Jesus.

 

Thanks to Ashley's Mom, Dad, & Stepmom:

Thank you guys for all your help with the wedding/reception! I appreciate all the laughter we've shared together and the hard work you've done for me throughout my life. I love you!

 

Thanks to Tim Baylor and the Baylor Family:

Thank you so much for your love during crucial growing years. It was so much fun and it was such a blessing. I learned an incredible amount about God, Jesus, Scripture, and the church. Our friendship is dear to my heart.

 

Thanks to Maralee Crandon:

Maralee thank you for letting me into your home and for your patience, insight, compassion and encouragement. I've learned a lot from living with you and hope to pass on your kindness to others.

 

Thanks to Randy & Darla Foreman, Pastors:

we are profusely thankful for your kindness to us in prayer, ministry, oversight, and instruction. Thank you for being challenging, interesting, and most of all for helping us to see the eternal value of loving God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. We know we're in the right place, and we thank God that He's there with us (and that we know He is there!).
